Hi, I'm Nika.

I integrate transcriptomics and neuroimaging data to study neurodegenerative disorders, with a focus on whole-brain cell type mapping and cell-cell interactions.

PhD candidate in Neuroinformatics at McGill University, in the NeuroPM Lab. Outside my thesis work, I take part in hackathons, open science, and scientific entrepreneurship.
